All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required during the trial. You are not charged anything during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account is automatically paused — no charge is made.
If you subscribe and are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund. Contact support@choovy.app within 14 days of your first charge with your account email and the charge date. This applies to the first payment only.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days on monthly plans after the 14-day guarantee window.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full upfront for 12 months. If you cancel within 14 days of your first annual payment, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access through the end of the paid period.
All payments are processed by DodoPayments, our Merchant of Record. DodoPayments issues receipts, handles tax collection, and manages payment disputes. In some regions, refund requests may be processed directly by DodoPayments in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
We review refund requests for exceptional circumstances — such as accidental double charges or documented service outages exceeding 24 hours. To request a refund, email support@choovy.app with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback rather than contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact support@choovy.app before filing a dispute — we are happy to resolve issues directly.
